These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of META-TRADER (the “Service”), a research and simulation harness operated by Digital Universe (“we”, “us”). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

META-TRADER is a beta, self-hosted research and simulation platform. A language model proposes trade ideas and deterministic code enforces hard risk limits. It is provided for educational and research purposes only. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, or financial-services provider.

2. No financial advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. We make no claim of profitability and no representation that any strategy will be successful. See our Risk Disclosure.

3. Modes & simulation

PAPER (default) — simulated fills against live prices; no transactions are signed and no real funds are involved.
TESTNET — signs and broadcasts real transactions on the Ethereum Sepolia test network using a throwaway test wallet; testnet liquidity is not real, so profit and loss is meaningless.
LIVE — disabled in beta.

4. Eligibility & acceptable use

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to circumvent its risk controls, or use it where prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for any keys, funds, or wallets you connect or configure.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or assets, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even in simulation.
